Raft Slabs:

Raft slabs consists of a concrete slab on ground stiffened by edge beams and internal beams. All beams and slab are reinforced and poured at the same time.

For any commercial and residential projects, raft slab is the most common type of foundation.

Slab on the ground:

Slab on ground footing consists of a concrete slab supported on the ground with a separately poured strip footing. The excavation and formwork are minimised in this kind of foundation, but two separate concrete pouring is required. This footing system is well for sloping sites with unreactive and S type soil.

Pier and slab:

This kind of footing is used on uncontrolled fill or collapsing sites with highly reactive soil. Bored piers support concrete slab-and-beam floor and pour separately before casting slab and beams

Waffle Pod Slabs:

A waffle pod slabs have stiffened edge beams with grids of polystyrene foam pods as void formers for internal reinforced concrete ribs. As this kind of footing system carries out on the surface with polystyrene foam as forms, rather than trenched so the site preparation is minimised as well as required concrete and reinforcement. Edge beams can be supported on bored piers.

Strip Footing

Strip footings are used as foundation of retaining walls, brick pier pads, fences and garages

Concrete pavement

Concrete pavement including crossover, footpath, driveways , concrete carparks and industrial slabs with exposed aggregate, coloured concrete and plain grey finish.
